Simply put, my job is to take the running of the Reception out of your hands and leave you to experience & enjoy your day to the full, as you should.

The professional Toastmaster package is :-
1/ - A consultation - about 2 weeks prior to the Wedding, to confirm details of the plan for the day,
2 / -Liaise with the Venue manager & all other wedding professionals,
3/ -Meet & greet all the guests,& ensure that they are in the right place at the correct time,
4/ -Assist the Photographer
5/ -Arrange a Receiving line, into the Dining Hall,
6/ -Announce in Parents, & the 1st Grand entrance for the new Mr & Mrs,
8/ -Arrange The Bouquet throw, cake cutting, & also 1st dance,
9/ -Take care of any other tasks,
In short l will take care of everything from 1 hour before any arrivals, up till the end of the special dances & the handover to your DJ or Band.
